It’s hard to say good things about the good things when you get no response on issues

The Fanny pack itself, great. Looks amazing and really matches the standard I would expect for a “movie quality” item. But I never received my necklace. Sent multiple messages without getting a response and even submitted stuff through the website. So basically, they took my money and never delivered… not cool. Maybe submitting a review will help…
